Deposits Required & Cancellation Policy

Because of our small size and being a destination location, cancellations affect us greatly.  We ask that you be sure of your travel plans before booking.
If there is any doubt in your travel plans, we recommend travel insurance. 
A deposit of 50% holds your reservation of two nights or more .... One night reservations require prepayment.  Refunds (minus a $10 cancellation fee) will be made only if cancellations are made 14 days in advance of arrival date and 30 days prior to arrival dates on holidays.

 For summer reservations, cancellation policy is advised at time of inquiry.

  Guests should note the arrival and departure dates on their confirmation carefully, if a guest arrives after the date specified or departs before the final day of the reservation, or doesn't arrive, they are responsible for the total cost of the dates reserved.

  Please understand, a deposit assures you that your accommodation will be available as confirmed, and insures us the accomodation is sold as confirmed. Therefore, when situations arise necessitating your cancellation, within the 14 or 30 day limit, we do sympathize, but we must maintain our business policy. 
Visa, Mastercard or cheque may be used for deposits.
